PRIVATE TREATMENT
The practice also provides private treatment and patients will be given full information about their treatment options and the costs involved so that they can make an informed decision on choice, before their treatment begins.
OUR RANGE OF SERVICES
As well as offering a full range of restorative treatments, we also provide cosmetic dentistry, tooth whitening, sedation (over 18 yrs old) and implants on a private basis. Please ask our receptionist for more details. We are sympathetic to patients who are anxious about receiving dental treatment and provide sedation.
REGISTERING WITH THE PRACTICE
We are accepting patients privately and NHS. We will continue to provide care for all patients on a regular basis and send out recalls as determined by NICE Guidelines.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
The practice has three surgeries which are on the ground floor with access for patients with disabilities. If you have any disability that you feel we need to know about, please let us know before your appointment and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs by implementing suitable arrangements.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We want all of our patients to be entirely happy with the care and treatment they receive in our practice. If you are not entirely satisfied with the care or service provided please let us know either in person or phone/e-mail. We will address your concerns promptly and according to our practice complaints policy.
